Weekly: Art of Presence Class at RTI & on Zoom

Tuesday evenings with Narayan, participants are guided in experiencing the depth of Being, helping you explore and more fully embody your True Nature. Note schedule as some weeks may not be held.

The Art of Presence is a weekly exploration of what it means to be fully here - awake, embodied, and authentic. Each session blends meditation, sensing practice, and inquiry to cultivate awareness through the three centers: head, heart, and belly.

Drawing from Sufi wisdom, the Diamond Approach, and direct contemplative experience, Narayan guides participants in discovering presence not as a state to achieve but as the living reality of who we are. Through silence, breath, and shared reflection, we learn to recognize awareness itself - the stillness within movement, the intimacy within aloneness, and the freedom within the ordinary.
