Rent The Space

  • The Main Room

    At the front of the main room is a low rise stage, ceiling mounted projector with pull down projector screen. Lighting: dimmable stage lights, several pole lamps with 3 way switches and florescent lights. The windows are covered with cellular shades, sheers and room darkening - sound dampening drapes.

  • Worship and Ceremony

    For decades Rising Tide has been a sacred space for worship services and ceremony. A podium is available and an oval wood table on wheels can be set up for an altar. The center of the room can be set up as well with the stage lights pivoted.

  • Concerts, Sound Bath, Kirtan, Yoga, Meditation, and Reclined Guided Relaxation

    The combination of carpeting & room darkening — noise reducing drapes create a intimate space with good acoustics for these type of experiences. An abundance of floor pillows, yoga bolsters, blankets and props make it comfortable for floor seating or lying down.

  • Seminars, Workshops, and Retreats

    The Rising Tide Building is a suitable and comfortable setting for seminars, workshops and retreats with plenty of chairs. Wi-Fi is available. Men’s and Women’s restrooms are located off a hall adjacent to the main room.

  • The venue is equipped with 6’ & 8’ folding tables and table cloths which can be set up for breaks during seminar, retreats or special events.

  • The Kitchen has ample counter space and a center island to set up hot beverages, and serving dishes. It is equipped with dishware and utensils. It has an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dish and hand washing sinks.

  • The Center is located nearby to Siesta Key Beach which provides a natural respite for participants on Seminars and Retreats.

  • The grounds have several mature oak trees and a paved parking lot and additional grass spaces.

  • The main room is approximately 3000 square feet. It is carpeted and the 4 windows have shades, sheer curtains and room darkening - sound dampening drapes.

    At the front of the main room is a low rise stage (with additional risers stored under stage), dimmable stage lights, and pull down projector screen. In addition to overhead lights usually used for set up and breakdown, there are 5 pole lamps/with 3 adjustable light levels  around the room.

    Wi-Fi is available.

    For climate comfort: 4 ceiling fans. 2 thermostats for AC/Heat.

    Kitchen. 

    Men’s and women’s rest room off a separate hall.

    Maximum occupancy is 122 persons. 

    • 15 folding tables

    • Chairs: 60 stackable metal frame chairs with fabric cushioned seat and back rest, 16 folding chairs with metal frame and plastic  seat and back.

    • Carpet covers (canvas)  for events with food.

    • Floor Cushions, pillows. 

    RTI does not set up or break down furniture. The numbers are approximate

  • Yoga Equipment located in the main closet: 90 blankets, 40 bolsters, 60 blocks 25 mats 30 belts. Pillows.


  • Audio visual system: ceiling mounted projector, speakers with sound amplifier and mixer (with RTI AV assistance).

  • The Kitchen has a center island, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, large dishwashing sink and hand washing sink. 

    Kitchen use can be requested, fees are based on the type of use.

  • The entrance used is through the side door, with a foyer room where shoes are removed (footwear not permitted to be worn on the carpeted main room). 

    Since the main carpeted room is used for types of events using floor seating with cushions and mats rolled out for yoga, we strive to keep the RTI carpets clean with your help. 

    Permitted - Closed containers with water 

    Not permitted: candles, oil lamps, incense, street shoes, dirty “outside” feet. 

    The serving of food or beverages is possible by request to the rental coordinator, who will guide renter on use of kitchen and NECESSARY carpet preventative measures. Canvas tarp carpet covers are located in the closet and are used to cover carpet under tables and walkways when food or beverages are served on tables.

  • Parking spaces are available in a paved lot around the building and adjacent grass off Grafton. No parking or traffic is allowed on the shoulder of Grafton Rd. When Lessee expects more than 70 participants, lessee must supply Parking attendants who are required to manage traffic.
